In a distinguished scientific achievement added to the record of the College of Pharmacy – Al-Nahrain University, the Department of Pharmaceutics announced the publication of two high-quality research papers in international journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Both journals are ranked in the first quartile (Q1) with high impact factors. This accomplishment was achieved through a collaborative effort by:

📌 First Research (Published in Pharmaceutics):
This study focused on the application of in silico modeling and advanced predictive software to enhance drug solubility and bioavailability, as well as the development of sustained drug delivery systems that improve therapeutic efficiency.
📌 Second Research (Published in International Journal of Biological Macromolecules):
This study explored the development of advanced nanosystems using biopolymers (chitosan), employing molecular simulation through Material Studio software to better understand biological interactions and design effective drug delivery systems that enhance targeted therapy and regulate immune response.
