📚 Research Title:
Design, Synthesis, and Molecular Docking Studies of New Pyrazole Derivatives as Potent Antimicrobial Agents Targeting ALDH9A1

🎯 Objective:
The study aims to design and synthesize new pyrazole derivatives and evaluate their biological activity as antibacterial and antifungal agents. It also investigates their molecular binding mechanisms with the target enzyme (ALDH9A1), contributing to the development of promising pharmaceutical compounds to address antibiotic resistance challenges.

🔬 Key Aspects of the Study:
▪️ Synthesis and characterization of a series of pyrazole compounds using advanced spectroscopic techniques
▪️ Evaluation of antibacterial and antifungal activities of the synthesized compounds
▪️ Conducting molecular docking studies to understand interaction mechanisms with the target enzyme
▪️ Analysis of pharmacokinetic properties (ADME) to assess the compounds’ potential as future drug candidates

📊 Results:
The findings demonstrated that the synthesized compounds exhibit notable antimicrobial activity, along with good binding affinity to the target enzyme, highlighting their potential for development as future therapeutic agents.

✨ This achievement reflects the excellence of the academic staff at the College of Pharmacy – Al-Nahrain University in the field of scientific research and their active role in contributing valuable, application-oriented research to the scientific community.
