As part of promoting awareness of sustainability, energy, and environmental issues, Professor Dr. Nadira Salman Mohammed from the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences at the College of Pharmacy – Al-Nahrain University delivered two scientific lectures on sustainable development, energy support, and emission reduction.
This participation was carried out in coordination with several university formations, where the lectures were delivered at both the Higher Institute for Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproductive Technologies and the College of Law – Al-Nahrain University, in the presence of a distinguished group of faculty members, staff, and students.
The lectures addressed the importance of adopting sustainability concepts within educational and healthcare institutions, the role of clean energy in reducing climate change, and the impact of these practices in promoting a healthy and safe environment.
This initiative aimed to spread a culture of sustainability among members of the university community and raise awareness of the importance of rational resource consumption, contributing to achieving sustainable development and supporting environmental stability.
This activity comes as part of a series of scientific and awareness programs implemented by Al-Nahrain University to embed sustainability concepts and link them with practical application.
