Assistant Lecturer Basma Saad Abdulameer, a faculty member at the College of Pharmacy – Al-Nahrain University and Head of the Media and Government Communication Division, participated in the Fifth and Ninth International Scientific Conference of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul, held under the theme:
“The Technology Crisis from the Perspective of Human and Social Sciences: A Multidisciplinary Vision for Addressing Societal Challenges.”
Her participation featured a research paper entitled:
“The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing Iraqi National Security After 2014”
The study addresses one of the most significant contemporary issues linking digital transformation with national security requirements.

The research aims to highlight the importance of employing artificial intelligence technologies to support Iraq’s national security system by enhancing strategic analysis capabilities and risk prediction, thereby improving the efficiency of security-related decision-making.
