Professor Dr. Mowaffaq Mohammed Gharib, Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Al-Nahrain University, has completed the scientific evaluation of a PhD dissertation following an official assignment from the Department of Supervision and Scientific Evaluation / Scientific Evaluation Division at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The evaluation was conducted through the Ministry’s approved electronic Scientific Expertise System, in accordance with the established academic regulations and scientific standards for assessing postgraduate dissertations.

This contribution highlights the role of academic expertise at the College of Pharmacy in supporting scientific evaluation processes, strengthening research integrity, and improving the quality of postgraduate research outcomes across Iraqi universities.
