Professor Dr. Mohammed Jassim Hamza, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the College of Pharmacy – Al-Nahrain University, participated as a member of the PhD thesis defense committee for student Nada Ghaib Hussein at the College of Education for Pure Sciences – University of Samarra / Department of Chemistry.

📚 Thesis Title:
“Simultaneous and Individual Determination of Certain Analgesic Drugs in Their Pure Forms and Formulations Using Various Analytical Methods”

The thesis focused on developing accurate and reliable analytical methods for the determination of analgesic drugs, contributing to improving the quality of pharmaceutical testing and ensuring the safe use of therapeutic agents.

🎯 Objective:
The study aimed to adopt modern analytical methods capable of achieving precise and simultaneous determination of drugs, as well as comparing different techniques in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and reliability, serving both pharmaceutical and research applications.

The defense was attended by a distinguished group of professors and researchers and featured rigorous scientific discussions reflecting a high academic standard. It concluded with the awarding of the PhD degree to the student after fulfilling all research requirements.

This participation comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen scientific collaboration among Iraqi universities and to support the distinguished academic presence of faculty members from the College of Pharmacy in scientific forums.
