The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Pharmacy, Al-Nahrain University, organized a workshop entitled:

“Managing Thinking in an Age of Distraction”

on Sunday, May 10, 2026.

📌 The workshop was delivered by Dr. Adam Al-Quraishi and Lecturer Dr. Haider Amer.

The workshop addressed the importance of managing thought processes and organizing priorities amid rapid challenges and the growing prevalence of digital distractions. It also highlighted modern approaches that help enhance concentration, develop mindfulness, and improve academic and professional performance.

🎯 Objective:
The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ conscious thinking skills and improve their ability to cope with mental pressures, thereby contributing to the creation of a more productive and organized academic environment.
