The College of Pharmacy at Al-Nahrain University Holds a Workshop on Family Upbringing

The College of Pharmacy held an awareness workshop entitled “Family Upbringing and Its Impact on Individual and Community Development,” conducted by a group of specialized faculty members:

•Assist. Prof. Dr. Sahar Mohammed

•Lect. Dr. Zahraa Abdul-Hussein

The workshop aimed to shed light on the importance of proper family upbringing in shaping children’s personalities, reinforcing their social and moral values, and its role in preventing psychological and behavioral problems. It also discussed modern parenting methods and the challenges families face amid rapid social and cultural changes.

This workshop is part of a series of awareness activities organized by the college, reflecting its commitment to supporting the human and social dimensions in preparing students capable of making meaningful contributions to society.
